ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING, ANTI-TERRORISM FINANCING AND PROCEEDS OF
UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES (INVOCATION OF PART IV) ORDER 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 8(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering,
Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], the Minister of Finance, upon the recommendation of the competent authority, makes the following order:

Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism
Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities (Invocation of Part IV) Order 2021.

Invocation of Part IV of Act 2.
The provisions of Part IV of the Act shall be invoked on any reporting institution carrying out any activity specified in paragraph 26 of the First Schedule to the Act.
