Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 35(1) of the Malaysian Palm Oil Board Act 1998 [Act 582], the Minister, after consultation with the Minister of Finance, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (Cess) (Amendment) Order 2021. Amendment of paragraph 3 2. The Malaysian Palm Oil Board (Cess) Order 2019 [P.U. (A) 361/2019] is amended in paragraph 3 by substituting for the word “fourteen” the word “sixteen”. Made 15 February 2021 [MPI 19(05)68/2; PN(PU2)606/VI] DATO' DR.
