Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 32(1) of the Legal Aid Act 1971 [Act 26], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid (Fees and Contributions)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 May 2023.
Substitution of Second Schedule 2.
The Legal Aid (Fees and Contributions) Regulations 2017 [P.U. (A) 371/2017]
are amended by substituting the Second Schedule with the following schedule:
