EXCISE DUTIES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2023

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(1) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 1 May 2023.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Excise Duties Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 163/2022] is amended in the Schedule—
(a)
in Chapter 24, in relation to heading 24.04, by inserting after subheading 2404.12.10 00 and the particulars relating to it the following subheading and particulars:

and
