Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Malaysia Barat) 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Ketiga di bawah kepala Pulau Pinang—

Jadual Keempat kepada Perintah ibu dipinda di bawah kepala Pulau Pinang

(Seberang Perai)—

(a)

dengan menggantikan butiran 1 dengan butiran yang berikut:

(Laluan 3111): Jalan Permatang Pauh

Bermula dari bulatan

Laluan 1,

Jalan

Ipoh-Butterworth di koordinat U 5.365138, T 100.425197 dan berakhir di koordinat

U 5.412913, T 100.371869 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam

PETA 1: JALAN PERMATANG PAUH (jarak sepanjang 10.047 km).”;

(b)

dengan memotong butiran 2; dan

(c)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 3 peta yang berikut:

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 10) ORDER 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Penang, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 10) Order 2023.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 July 2023.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the Third Schedule under the heading of Pulau Pinang—

(a)

by substituting for item 5 the following item:

“5.

(Route 283): Transkrian Road

Starting from Perak and Penang state boundary at coordinates

N 5.132784, E 100.490838 and ending at the junction of Route 1,

Ipoh-Butterworth Road at coordinates N 5.160883, E 100.477897

including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 2: TRANSKRIAN ROAD (a distance of 3.655 km).”;

and

(b)

by substituting for MAP 2: JALAN TRANKRIAN the following map:

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 3.

The Fourth Schedule to the principal Order is amended under the heading of

Pulau Pinang (Seberang Perai)—

(a)

by substituting for item 1 the following item:

“1.

(Route 3111): Permatang Pauh Road

Starting from the roundabout of Route 1, Ipoh-Butterworth Road at coordinates N 5.365138, E 100.425197 and ending at coordinates

N 5.412913, E 100.371869 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 1: PERMATANG

PAUH ROAD (a distance of 10.047 km).";

(b)

by deleting item 2; and

(c)

by inserting after item 3 the following map:
