- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Fasal (1) Perkara 122AB Perlembagaan Persekutuan, Yang di-Pertuan Agong yang bertindak atas nasihat Perdana Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Ketua Hakim Negara Mahkamah Persekutuan, melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual untuk menjadi Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman bagi tempoh dua tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 17 Januari 2023. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122AB of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong acting on the advice of the Prime Minster, after consulting the Chief Judge of the Federal Court, appoints the persons named in the Schedule to be Judicial Commissioners for a period of two years with effect from 17 January 2023.
