Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 69(2) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
(1)
Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Had Laju (Lebuh Raya
Bertingkat Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang) (Pindaan) (No. 2) 2023.
Seksyen 2
Perintah Had Laju (Lebuh Raya Bertingkat Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang) 2022
[P.U. (A) 293/2022], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan subperenggan 2(2) dengan subperenggan yang berikut:
“(2)
Jalan dengan had laju yang dinyatakan dalam subperenggan (1)
ditunjukkan dalam peta dalam Jadual Kedua.”.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Speed Limit (Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang
Elevated Expressway) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 20 October 2023.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The

Expressway)
Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 293/2022], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended by substituting for subparagraph 2(2) the following subparagraph:
“(2)
The road with speed limit specified in subparagraph (1) is shown on the maps in the Second Schedule.”.
Amendment of First Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the First Schedule by inserting after item (w)
