Datum Malaysia (GDM2000) dan berakhir di kilometer 15.293

di koordinat U 351673.509, T 415608.137 Grid RSO GDM2000, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 0.689 kilometer; dan

(b)

dari Persimpangan Ampang Ramp 4B di kilometer 0.438

di koordinat U 350253.983, T 415460.724 Grid RSO GDM2000

dan berakhir di kilometer 0.618 di koordinat U 350229.271,

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (SETIAWANGSA-PANTAI EXPRESSWAY) ORDER 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Setiawangsa-Pantai

Expressway) Order 2023.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 3 November 2023.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.

(1)

The part of the road known as the Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway commencing—

(a)

from the main line at kilometre 14.598 at coordinates

N 351024.165, E 415417.341 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic

(RSO) Geocentric Datum of Malaysia (GDM2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 15.293 at coordinates N 351673.509, E 415608.137

of the RSO GDM2000 Grid, being a distance of 0.689 kilometre; and

(b)

from Ampang Interchange Ramp 4B at kilometre 0.438

at coordinates N 350253.983, E 415460.724 of the RSO GDM2000

Grid and ending at kilometre 0.618 at coordinates N 350229.271,

E 415608.653 of the RSO GDM2000 Grid, being a distance of 0.180 kilometre, is declared to be a Federal road.

is shown on the map in the Schedule.
