EDUCATION (TERMS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
ACADEMIC CALENDAR 2024/2025) REGULATIONS 2023
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 130(2)(b)
of the
Education Act 1996 [Act 550], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation
Application 2.
These Regulations shall apply to attendance at educational institutions except at expatriate schools and international schools for the academic calendar 2024/2025.
Duration of terms of educational institutions 3.
The duration of terms of educational institutions for the academic calendar 2024/2025 shall be as specified in the Schedule.
