- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2 Akta Jalan-Jalan Persekutuan (Pengurusan Persendirian) 1984 [Akta 306], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

(Lebuh Raya Pesisiran Pantai Barat (Taiping-Banting)) 2020 [P.U. (A) 14/2020], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam perenggan 2—
(i)
dalam subsubperenggan (b), dengan memotong perkataan “dan” di hujung subsubperenggan itu;
(ii)
dalam subsubperenggan (c), dengan menggantikan koma di hujung subsubperenggan itu dengan perkataan “; dan”; dan
(c)
subsubperenggan yang berikut:

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (West Coast Expressway (Taiping-Banting)) (Amendment)
Order 2023.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 3 January 2024.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The

Tolls)
(West Coast Expressway (Taiping-Banting)) Order 2020 [P.U. (A) 14/2020], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 2—
(i)
in subsubparagraph (b), by deleting the word “and” at the end of the subsubparagraph;
(ii)
in subsubparagraph (c), by substituting for the comma at the end of the subsubparagraph the words “; and”; and
(a)
by substituting for the heading “Exit Toll Plaza: Bandar Bukit Raja South”, item and particulars relating to it the following heading, items and particulars:
“Exit Toll Plaza: Bandar Bukit Raja South
(b)
in subparagraph (2) by substituting for the words “Map B and Map C”
the words “Map B, Map C and Map D”.
Amendment of First Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the First Schedule—
