dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “(1-Pentyl-1H-indol-3-yl)(2,2,3,3

tetramethylcyclopropyl) methanone (UR-144)” butiran yang berikut:

“5-Pentyl-2-(2-phenylpropan-2-yl)-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrido[4,3-b]indol-1-one

DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT 1952

DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the

Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 [Act 234], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment of First

Schedule) Order 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 is amended in Part III—

(a)

by inserting after the item “Isomethadone” the following item:

“Isotonitazene”;

(b)

by inserting after the item “Methyldihydromorphine” the following item:

“Methyl 3, 3-dimethyl-2-(1-(pent-4-en-1-yl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamido)

butanoate (MDMB-4en-PINACA)”; and

(c)

by inserting after the item

“(1-Pentyl-1H-indol-3-yl)(2,2,3,3

tetramethylcyclopropyl) methanone (UR-144)” the following item:

“5-Pentyl-2-(2-phenylpropan-2-yl)-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrido[4,3-b]indol-1-one

(CUMYL-PEGACLONE)”.
