  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122AA of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Constitution of the High Courts (Judges) Order 2023. Number of judges in the High Court in Malaya 2. The number of judges in the High Court in Malaya shall not exceed seventy five. Number of judges in the High Cout in Sabah and Sarawak 3. The number of judges in the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak shall not exceed nineteen. Revocation 4. The Constitution of the High Courts (Judges) Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 100/2022] is revoked.
