Pembangunan Kemahiran Kebangsaan (Fi dan Caj) (Pindaan) 2023.

[P.U. (A) 86/2016], yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dalam peraturan 2 dengan memasukkan selepas subperaturan (3)

subperaturan yang berikut:

Mana-mana orang yang membuat permohonan bagi suatu carian pada daftar sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Keempat hendaklah membayar fi dan caj sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam ruang (3)

Jadual Keempat kepada Ketua Pengarah.”.

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 72(2)(d)

of the

National

Skills

Development

Act 2006

[Act 652], the

Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the National Skills Development

(Fees and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.

Amendment of regulation 2 2.

The National Skills Development (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2016

[P.U. (A) 86/2016], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these

Regulations, are amended in regulation 2 by inserting after subregulation (3)

the following subregulation—

“(4) Any person who makes an application for a search on the register as specified in column (2) of the Fourth Schedule shall pay the fees and charges as prescribed in column (3) of the Fourth Schedule to the Director General.”.

Amendment of First Schedule 3.

The First Schedule to the principal Regulations are amended—

(a)

in relation to item 4, by inserting after subitem (c) in column (2) and the particulars against it in column (3) the following subitems and particulars:
