Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Poisons Act 1952 [Act 366], the Minister, after consultation with the Poisons Board, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment of Poisons List) Order 2023. Amendment of First Schedule 2. The Poisons Act 1952 is amended in the First Schedule, in the Poisons List, in the list of “Alkaloids; the following: their salts, simple or complex; their quaternary compounds:”, by substituting for the item “Nicotine” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars: Names
