IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2023.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in the Schedule, in Part I, in column (3), in relation to—

(a)

subsubitem 10(vii)(f), by substituting for the words “not containing nicotine” the words “whether or not containing nicotine”

(b)

subsubitem 10A(vii)(f), by substituting for the words “not containing nicotine” the words “whether or not containing nicotine”;

(c)

subsubitem 11(vi)(f), by substituting for the words “not containing nicotine” the words “whether or not containing nicotine”; and

(d)

subitem 94(vi), by substituting for the words “not containing nicotine”

the words “whether or not containing nicotine”.
