dipinda dalam peraturan 5A dengan menggantikan subperaturan (2) dengan subperaturan yang berikut:
“(2) Lembaga boleh menyenggara tiga akaun subsidiari bagi maksud mengkreditkan apa-apa caruman, dividen atau wang lain yang dibayar ke dalam Kumpulan Wang berkenaan dengan setiap ahli mengikut peratusan yang berikut:
(a)
tujuh puluh lima peratus daripada caruman, dividen atau wang lain itu ke dalam Akaun I;
(b)
lima belas peratus daripada caruman, dividen atau wang lain itu ke dalam Akaun II; dan
(c)
sepuluh peratus daripada caruman, dividen atau wang lain itu ke dalam Akaun III.”.

EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 [Act 452], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Employees Provident Fund
(Amendment) Regulations 2024.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 11 May 2024.
Amendment of regulation 5A
Seksyen 2
The Employees Provident Fund Regulations 2001 [P.U. (A) 409/2001]
are amended in regulation 5A by substituting for subregulation
(2)
the following subregulation:
“(2) The Board may maintain three subsidiary accounts for the purpose of crediting any contribution, dividend or other moneys paid into the Fund in respect of each member in accordance with the following percentage:
(a)
seventy-five per centum of the contribution, dividend or other moneys into Account I;
(b)
fifteen per centum of the contribution, dividend or other moneys into Account II; and
(c)
ten per centum of the contribution, dividend or other moneys into Account III.”.
