- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Perak, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Skim Felda) 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991], yang disebut
“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama di bawah kepala
Negeri Perak dengan menggantikan butiran “Besout 1, 2 dan 3” dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya dengan butiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

FEDERAL ROADS (FELDA SCHEME) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Perak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Felda Scheme)
(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 28 June 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Felda Scheme) Order 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of the State of Perak by substituting for item “Besout 1, 2 dan 3” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
