“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam perenggan 2 dengan menggantikan subperenggan (1) dengan subperenggan yang berikut:

sehingga 20 November 2047 untuk meminta, memunggut dan menyimpan tol yang berkenaan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama di plaza tol yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1), bagi penggunaan ke mana-mana arah mana-mana bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai—

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (South Klang Valley Expressway) (Amendment) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 31 August 2024.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

(South Klang Valley Expressway) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 309/2013], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 2 by substituting for subparagraph (1) the following subparagraph:

SKVE Holding Sdn. Bhd. is authorized for the period from 31 August 2024
to 20 November 2047 to demand, collect and retain the appropriate tolls specified in column (2) of the First Schedule at the toll plaza specified in column (1), for the use in either direction of any part of the road known as—
(a)
South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) commencing from kilometre 7.95
