SYARIE LEGAL PROFESSION (FEDERAL TERRITORIES)

(AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 93

of the

Syarie Legal Profession (Federal Territories) Act 2019 [Act 814], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Syarie Legal Profession (Federal Territories)

(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2024.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Syarie Legal Profession (Federal Territories) Act 2019

is amended in Part I in subparagraph 1(1) by substituting for the word “first”

the word “last”.
