EDUCATION ACT 1996
EDUCATION (TERMS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
ACADEMIC CALENDAR 2025/2026) REGULATIONS 2024
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 130(2)(b)
of the
Education Act 1996 [Act 550], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation 1.
These regulations may be cited as the Education (Terms of Educational
Institutions Academic Calendar 2025/2026) Regulations 2024.
Application 2.
These Regulations shall apply to attendance at educational institutions except at private schools, expatriate schools and international schools for the academic calendar 2025/2026.
Duration of terms of educational institutions 3.
The duration of terms of educational institutions for the academic calendar 2025/2026 shall be as specified in the Schedule.
