- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Trade Descriptions Act 2011 [Act 730], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Trade Descriptions (Certification and Marking of Halal) (Amendment) Order 2024. Amendment of Second Schedule 2. The Trade Descriptions (Certification and Marking of Halal) Order 2011 [P.U. (A) 431/2011] is amended in the Second Schedule—

by substituting for the item “Brazil” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
