Apa-apa fi yang genap masa dan kena dibayar kepada Ketua Pendaftar bagi apa-apa permohonan yang dibuat di bawah subkaedah (1) sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Kaedah-Kaedah ini hendaklah dibayar mulai 1 Januari 2025.

(FEES) RULES 2024

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 92 of the Syarie Legal Profession

(Federal Territories) Act 2019 [Act 814], the Minister makes the following rules:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These rules may be cited as the

Syarie

Legal

Profession

(Federal Territories) (Fees) Rules 2024.

(2)

These Rules come into operation on 1 January 2025.

Fees and payment of fees 2.

The fees prescribed in column (3) of the Schedule shall be paid to the Chief Registrar for the matters specified in column (2) of the Schedule.

Transitional 3.

Any application for an Annual Practising Certificate for the year of 2025

made before the coming into operation of these Rules shall be deemed to be made on 1 January 2025 under these Rules.

(2)

Any fees due and payable to the Chief Registrar for any application made under subrule (1) before the coming into operation of these Rules shall be paid from 1 January 2025.
