Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Universiti Sains Malaysia

(Kampus Kesihatan) (Cawangan Kubang Kerian) 2024.

Seksyen 2

Penubuhan Kampus

(a)

suatu Kampus bagi Universiti Sains Malaysia tertubuh;

(b)

nama Kampus yang disebut dalam subperenggan (a) ialah “Universiti Sains

Malaysia—Kampus Kesihatan (Cawangan Kubang Kerian)”;

(c)

Kampus yang disebut dalam subperenggan (a) bertempat di Lot PT 1104,

H.S.(D) 29/90, Lot PT 459, H.S.(D) 28/90, Lot PT 80, H.S.(D) 143/89 dan

Lot PT 330, H.S.(D) 144/89 Mukim Kenali, Jajahan Kota Bharu, Kelantan;

dan

(d)

Pusat Pengajian Sains Perubatan, Pusat Pengajian Sains Pergigian,

Pusat Pengajian Sains Kesihatan, Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia,

Institut Penyelidikan Perubatan Molekul dan apa-apa Pusat Pengajian,

Pusat, Akademi dan Institusi lain yang ditubuhkan bagi maksud Kampus yang disebut dalam subperenggan (a) hendaklah ditempatkan di Kampus itu.

(KUBANG KERIAN BRANCH) ORDER 2024

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(1) of the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 [Act 30], the Minister, after consultation with the Board, makes the following order: Citation 1. This Order may be cited as the Universiti Sains Malaysia (Health Campus) (Kubang Kerian Branch) Order 2024. Establishment of Campus 2. Upon the coming into operation of this Order—

(a)

a Campus of the Universiti Sains Malaysia is established;

(b)

the name of the Campus referred to in subparagraph (a) is “Universiti Sains

Malaysia—Health Campus (Kubang Kerian Branch)”;

(c)

the Campus referred to in subparagraph (a) is located at Lot PT 1104,

H.S.(D) 29/90, Lot PT 459, H.S.(D) 28/90, Lot PT 80, H.S.(D) 143/89 and

Lot PT 330, H.S.(D) 144/89 Mukim Kenali, Jajahan Kota Bharu, Kelantan;

and

(d)

School of Medical Sciences, School of Dental Sciences, School of Health

Sciences, Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, Institute for Research in

Molecular Medicine and any other School, Centre, Academy and Institute which are established for the purposes of the Campus referred to in subparagraph (a) shall be located in the Campus.
