- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 163Z(1)(a) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235] dibaca bersama-sama seksyen 163AA Akta, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Duti import tidak kena dibayar
Menteri mengisytiharkan bahawa tiada duti import kena dibayar bagi barang-barang yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang diimport masuk ke dalam Pulau 1 atau yang diangkut ke Pulau 1 dari kawasan utama kastam.

CUSTOMS ACT 1967
CUSTOMS DUTIES (PULAU 1) ORDER 2024
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 163Z(1)(a) of the Customs Act 1967
[Act 235] read together with section 163AA of the Act, the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Pulau 1) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 December 2024.
Non-payable import duty 2.
The Minister declares that no import duty shall be payable for the goods specified in the Schedule which are imported into Pulau 1 or transported to Pulau 1 from the principal customs area.
