Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Maju Expressway Highway) (Amendment) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2025.
Amendment of Third Schedule 2.
The

Tolls)
(Maju Expressway Highway) Order 2016 [P.U. (A) 3/2016] is amended in the
Third Schedule by inserting after item 6 the following item:
“7.
All vehicles belonging to the Highway Authority Malaysia.”.
