IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] read together with subsection 28(7) of the Act and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (No. 2) (Extension of Operation) Order 2024. Extension of operation of Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (No. 2) Order 2019 2. Notwithstanding subparagraph 1(2) of the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (No. 2) Order 2019 [P.U. (A) 362/2019], the Order is extended for the period from 25 December 2024 to 22 June 2025.
