- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 130(2)(b) Akta Pendidikan 1996 [Akta 550], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Peraturan-Peraturan Pendidikan (Penggal Institusi Pendidikan Kalendar
Akademik 2024/2025) 2023 [P.U. (A) 338/2023] dipinda dalam Jadual—
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran Kumpulan B dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya butiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:
“Kumpulan C
Semua institusi pendidikan di Johor
Penggal Pertama
10 Mac 2024 hingga 23 Mei 2024
Penggal Kedua
3 Jun 2024 hingga 12 September 2024

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 130(2)(b) of the Education Act 1996 [Act 550], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement

(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Education (Terms of Educational
Institutions Academic Calendar 2024/2025) (Amendment) Regulations 2024.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2025.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Education (Terms of Educational Institutions Academic Calendar 2024/2025)
Regulations 2023 [P.U. (A) 338/2023] are amended in the Schedule—
(b)
by inserting after item Group B and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
“Group C
All educational institutions in Johore
First Term
10 March 2024 to 23 May 2024
Second Term
3 June 2024 to 12 September 2024
Third Term
22 September 2024 to 19 December 2024 29 December 2024 to 17 January 2025”.
