Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 27 February 2024.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in the Schedule, in Part I, in relation to item 67, in column (2)—
(b)
by inserting after subitem (xxxi) the following subitem:
“(xxxii) Jadestone Energy (Malaysia) Pte. Ltd.”.
