CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2026

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1)

of the

Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2026.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2026.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2023 [P.U. (A) 117/2023], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule by inserting after item 18 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
