  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 55 of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155] and section 4 of the Passports Act 1966 [Act 150], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Immigration and Passports (Exemption)
