Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 3 June 2026.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Fees (Passports and Visas) Order 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] is amended in paragraph 2―
(a)
in subitem I(c), by substituting for the words “studying abroad”
the words “studying for a degree programme abroad”;
(b)
in subitem I(ca), by substituting for the words “studying abroad”
the words “studying for a degree programme abroad”;
(c)
by inserting after the deleted subitem I(cb) the following subitems:
