Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 80(1) Akta Yayasan Labuan 2010 [Akta 706], Menteri, atas syor Lembaga, membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Penggantian Jadual Ketiga
Peraturan-Peraturan Yayasan Labuan 2010 [P.U. (A) 418/2010] dipinda dengan menggantikan Jadual Ketiga dengan jadual yang berikut:

LABUAN FOUNDATIONS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2026
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 80(1) of the Labuan Foundations Act 2010 [Act 706], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Authority, makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Substitution of Third Schedule 2.
The Labuan Foundations Regulations 2010 [P.U. (A) 418/2010] are amended by substituting for the Third Schedule the following schedule:

Restoration to the register under subsection 22(2)
of the Act 300

Redomicilation under subsection 23(2) of the Act 300

Each search or an inspection of any document filed or lodged with the Authority in respect of the Labuan foundation by—

Uncertified copy or uncertified extract of any document in the custody of the Authority 5 each sheet
Seksyen 9
Lodgement, registration, keeping or filing of any other document with or by the Authority under the Act or any regulations made under the Act (where the fee is not specified in such Act or regulations)
