Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Sarawak, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Sarawak)

(Pindaan) (No. 2) 2026.

(2)

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 Julai 2026.

Pindaan Jadual Pertama

Seksyen 2

Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Sarawak) 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996] yang disebut

“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama di bawah kepala

LEBUH RAYA PAN BORNEO dengan memasukkan selepas butiran (jw) butiran yang berikut:

(Laluan 1): SMK Luar Bandar Miri-Taman Da Sing

Bermula di koordinat—

(i)

U 4.087611, T 113.962124 dan berakhir di koordinat U 4.308177,

T 114.035086 (Jarak sepanjang 32.061 km); dan

FEDERAL ROADS (SARAWAK) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2026

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Sarawak) (Amendment)

(No. 2) Order 2026.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 July 2026.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (Sarawak) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996] which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY by inserting after item (jw) the following item:

“(jx)

(Route 1): SMK Luar Bandar Miri-Taman Da Sing

Starting at coordinates—

(i)

N 4.087611, E 113.962124 and ending at coordinates N 4.308177,

E 114.035086 (A distance of 32.061 km); and

(ii)

N 4.338009, E 114.012819 and ending at coordinates N 4.337213,

E 113.998045 (A distance of 1.764 km), including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on

MAP OF SMK LUAR BANDAR MIRI-TAMAN DA SING.”.

Amendment of Third Schedule 3.

The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after

MAP OF SEKOLAH KEBANGSAAN SUNGAI PAOH-BINTANGOR INTERCHANGE the following map:
