(Lebuh Raya KL-Kuala Selangor) 2014 [P.U. (A) 344/2014], yang disebut “Perintah ibu”

dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan perenggan 2 dengan perenggan yang berikut:

FEDERAL ROADS (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT) (COLLECTION OF TOLLS)

(KL-KUALA SELANGOR EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads

(Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

(Collection of Tolls) (KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway) (Amendment) Order 2026.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 7 August 2026.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (KL-Kuala Selangor

Expressway) Order 2014 [P.U. (A) 344/2014], which is referred to as the “principal Order”

in this Order, is amended by substituting for paragraph 2 the following paragraph:

“Authorization to collect tolls

2.

(1)

The KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Berhad is authorized—

(a)

for the period from 1 January 2015 to 28 October 2048 to demand, collect and retain the appropriate tolls specified in column (2) of the First Schedule for the use in either direction of any part of the road known as the

KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway commencing from kilometre 0.00 at coordinates N 366573.829, E 375376.712 of the

Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric Datum of

Malaysia (GDM2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 30.70

at coordinates N 364885.563, E 401792.132 of the Rectified

Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric Datum of Malaysia

(GDM2000) Grid, including the Ijok Interchange, Ijok Toll

Plaza, Puncak Alam Interchange, Kuang Barat Toll Plaza,

Malaysia (GDM2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 7.77 at coordinates N 363982.727, E 381658.419 of the Rectified

Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric Datum of Malaysia

(GDM2000) Grid, both distances are measured from kilometer 0.00 of the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway at the

Ijok Interchange including the Eco Grandeur Toll Plaza and its link roads and ending at the Limit of Maintenance

Responsibility (LMR) at coordinates N 363016.702,

E 380991.224 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO)

Geocentric Datum of Malaysia (GDM2000) Grid, by the classes of vehicles specified in column (1) of the First Schedule.

The roads specified in subparagraph (1) for the use of which tolls are authorized to be demanded, collected and retained are shown on the maps in the Second Schedule.”.

Amendment of paragraph 3 3.

The principle Order is amended in subparagraph 3(1) by substituting for the words “and Taman Rimba Templer Toll Plaza situated at kilometre 25.75 at coordinates

N 363934.443, E 398646.808 RSO Geocentric (GDM2000) Grid” the words

“, Taman Rimba Templer Toll Plaza situated at kilometre 26.75 at coordinates

Substitution of First Schedule 4.

The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following schedule:
