FEDERAL ROADS (BESTARI PERDANA RAMP) ORDER 2026

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johore, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Bestari Perdana Ramp)

Order 2026.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 22 January 2026.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.

(1)

The part of the road known as the Bestari Perdana Ramp commencing from—

(a)

kilometre 0.1 link road to J10 at coordinates N -58842.747,

E 44791.341 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric

Datum of Malaysia (GDM2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 5.1 PGC at coordinates N -59492.582, E 44901.728 of the Rectified

Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric Datum of Malaysia

(GDM2000) Grid; and

(b)

kilometre 5.2 PGC at coordinate N -59370.181, E 44901.582
