- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu, membuat perintah yang berikut:

Bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Persimpangan Bertingkat Pelabuhan
Kuantan yang merupakan sebahagian daripada Lebuh Raya Pantai Timur-Fasa 2
yang bermula dari kilometer 263.796 di koordinat U 448093.167, T 590349.341
Grid Bentuk Benar Serong Ditepati (RSO) Geosentrik Datum Malaysia (GDM2000)
dan berakhir di kilometer 265.108 di koordinat U 449296.924, T 589741.360 Grid RSO
Geosentrik Datum Malaysia (GDM2000) Lebuh Raya Pantai Timur-Fasa 2, kedua-dua jarak diukur dari kilometer 250.60 Lebuh Raya Pantai Timur-Fasa 2 termasuk Plaza Tol
Pelabuhan Kuantan dan jalan sambungannya dan berakhir di Had Sempadan
Penyenggaraan (HSP) di koordinat U 449775.026, T 591262.074 Grid RSO Geosentrik
Datum Malaysia (GDM2000), diisytiharkan sebagai jalan Persekutuan.

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959
FEDERAL ROADS (KUANTAN PORT INTERCHANGE) ORDER 2026
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959
[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Terengganu, makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Kuantan Port
Interchange) Order 2026.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 3 September 2026.
Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.
(1)
The part of the road known as the Kuantan Port Interchange which is part of the East Coast Expressway-Phase 2 commencing from kilometre 263.796
at coordinates N 448093.167, E 590349.341 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO)
Geocentric Datum of Malaysia (GDM2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 265.108
at coordinates N 449296.924, E 589741.360 of the RSO Geocentric Datum of Malaysia
(GDM2000) Grid of the East Coast Expressway-Phase 2, both distances are measured from kilometre 250.60
of the
East
Coast
Expressway-Phase 2
including the Kuantan Port Toll Plaza and its link roads and ending at the Limit of Maintenance
Responsibility (LMR) at coordinates N 449775.026, E 591262.074 of the RSO Geocentric
Datum of Malaysia (GDM2000) Grid, is declared to be a Federal road.

is shown on the map in the Schedule.
