Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3A(1) of the Food Act 1983 [Act 281], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Approved Laboratory (No. 2) Order 2026. Approved laboratory 2. The Minister approves the Malaysia Halal Analysis Centre (MyHAC), Halal Management Division, Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) as an approved laboratory.
