Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act 1963, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong adds appropriately in respect of the Schedule to the Act the following items:
(a)
in Part I thereof—
"6. The emblem of the International Criminal Police Organisation which is also known as 'Interpol' or 'ICPO-Interpol'."; and
(b)
in Part II thereof—
"3. The name of the International Criminal Police Organisation which is also known as 'Interpol' or 'ICPO-Interpol'.".
