- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen (4) seksyen 10 Ordinan Prosedur Kewangan 1957 (Kini Akta Prosedur Kewangan 1957) Dewan Rakyat dalam persidangannya pada 21hb Jun 1967 telah membuat ketetapan bahawa Jadual Kedua kepada Ordinan tersebut dipinda dengan menambahkan ke dalam Jadual tersebut butiran baru yang berikut: "Exploitation of Minerals in Malay Reservations Loan Fund". Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 10 of the Financial Procedure Ordinance 1957 (now the Financial Procedure Act 1957), the Dewan Rakyat at its sitting on the 21st June 1967 resolved that the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance be amended by adding thereto the following new item: "Exploitation of Minerals in Malay Reservations Loan Fund".
