- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen (4) seksyen 10 Akta Prosedur Kewangan 1957, Dewan Rakyat dalam persidangannya pada 14hb Oktober 1985 telah membuat ketetapan bahawa Jadual Kedua kepada Akta tersebut dipinda dengan menambahkan ke dalam Jadual tersebut butiran baru yang berikut: "Tabung Modal Pusingan Jabatan Pembangunan Koperasi". Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 10 of the Financial Procedure Act 1957, the Dewan Rakyat at its sitting on the 14th October 1985 resolved that the Second Schedule to the said Act be amended by adding thereto the following new item: "Tabung Modal Pusingan Jabatan Pembangunan Koperasi".
