- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen (4) seksyen 10 Akta Prosedur Kewangan 1957, Dewan Rakyat dalam persidangannya pada 10hb Julai 1987 telah membuat ketetapan bahawa Jadual Kedua kepada Akta tersebut dipinda mulai dari 1hb Januari 1987, dengan menambahkan ke dalam Jadual tersebut butiran baru yang berikut: AKTA PROSEDUR KEWANGAN 1957 "Tabung Pusingan Pinjaman Pelajaran Persekutuan". Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 10 of the Financial Procedure Act 1957, the Dewan Rakyat at its sitting on the 10th July 1987 resolved that the Second Schedule to the said Act be amended with effect from the 1st January 1987, by adding thereto the following new item: "Tabung Pusingan Pinjaman Pelajaran Persekutuan".
