1. Gantikan undang-undang kecil (1) dengan yang berikut:
"These by-laws may be cited as the Malaysian Chamber of Mines By-Laws, 1934.".
2. Gantikan perkataan-perkataan "States of Malaya CHAMBER OF MINES" dan "the States of Malaya Chamber of Mines" dalam undang-undang kecil 2, masing-masing dengan perkataan-perkataan "MALAYSIAN CHAMBER OF MINES" dan "Malaysian Chamber of mines".
3. Dalam undang-undang kecil 10—
potong perkataan-perkataan "of up to 0.01% of the International Tin Council floor price as of the 1st January in any year of each picul produced by such corporations or companies during the previous year" dalam perenggan (1);
masukkan perkataan-perkataan "basis and" selepas perkataan "what" dalam perenggan (a); dan
gantikan perkataan-perkataan "the States of Malaya" di mana jua terdapat dengan perkataan "Malaysia".
4. Gantikan undang-undang kecil 21 dengan yang berikut:
"21. No ordinary member shall speak, vote or be present either in person or by proxy at any ordinary or extraordinary meeting unless his subscription for the year in which the meeting is held has been paid in full."
5. Gantikan perkataan-perkataan "States of Malaya" dalam undang-undang kecil 25 (a) dan 38 dengan perkataan "Malaysia".
6. Gantikan perkataan-perkataan "STATES of Malaya CHAMBER OF MINES" dan "States of Malaya Chamber of Mines" dalam undang-undang kecil 27 masing-masing dengan perkataan-perkataan "MALAYSIAN CHAMBER OF MINES" dan "Malaysian Chamber of Mines".
7. Gantikan undang-undang kecil 32 dengan yang berikut:
"32. (a) The Council shall meet together for the despatch of business as often as it deems necessary but not less than six times in a year. Additional meetings may be convened on the requisition of three of its members or by the President.
The Council may adjourn and regulate its meetings and proceedings as it may think fit and may determine the quorum necessary for the transaction of business. Until otherwise determined, five members shall form a quorum.
At least five days notice of the meetings of the Council shall be given to members of the Council and the notices shall state the nature of the business to be considered at such meetings; provided that in cases of emergency, the President or in his absence the Vice-President may call a meeting of the Council at any time upon such notice (if any) as he may think necessary.".
8. Gantikan perenggan (b) undang-undang kecil 39 dengan yang berikut:
"(b) To appoint a Secretary or Secretaries to the Council and such number of other officers, servants and agents of the Council for permanent, temporary or special services as the Council may from time to time think fit, and to determine their powers and duties, and to fix their salaries or emoluments.".
9. Gantikan perkataan-perkataan "the States of Malaya" dalam undang-undang kecil 52 dengan perkataan "Malaysia".

FEDERATED MALAY STATES CHAMBER OF MINES INCORPORATION ENACTMENT AMENDMENTS TO THE STATES OF MALAYA CHAMBER OF MINES BY-Laws 1934
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Federated Malay States Chamber of Mines Incorporation Enactment, I hereby certify that I have approved the amendments mentioned in the Schedule hereto to the States of Malaya Chamber of Mines By-Laws 1934.
