Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 1(3) Akta Perbadanan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal dan Pembersihan Awam 2007 [Akta 673], Menteri menetapkan 1 Jun 2008 sebagai tarikh Akta itu mula berkuat kuasa. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(3) of the Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Corporation Act 2007 [Act 673], the Minister5002
