- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 3(2)(d) dan subperaturan 4(1) Peraturan-Peraturan Kawalan Dadah dan Kosmetik 1984 [P.U. (A) 223/1984], Menteri telah melantik Dato’ Dr. Mohamad Azmie bin Zakaria sebagai anggota dan Dr. Zaliha binti Abdullah sebagai anggota silih ganti Pihak Berkuasa berkenaan dengan perenggan 3(3)(e) bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2011. Pembatalan 2. Pelantikan Dato’ Dr. Mohamad Azmie bin Zakaria sebagai anggota dan Dr. Muhmad Kamarulzaman bin M. Sharif sebagai anggota silih ganti Pihak Berkuasa sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam P.U. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(2)(d) and subregulation 4(1) of the Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984 [P.U. (A) 223/1984], the Minister has appointed Dato’ Dr. Mohamad Azmie bin Zakaria as a member and Dr. Zaliha binti Abdullah as an alternate member of the Authority in respect of the paragraph 3(3)(e) for a period of three years with effect from 1 January 2011. Revocation 2. The appointment of Dato’ Dr. Mohamad Azmie bin Zakaria as a member and Dr. Muhmad Kamarulzaman bin M. Sharif as an alternate member of the Authority as published in P.U.
