Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], Menteri melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual untuk memegang jawatan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) dan selama tempoh mereka berkhidmat selepas tarikh itu dengan Jabatan Perhutanan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

NATIONAL FORESTRY ACT 1984

APPOINTMENT UNDER SUBSECTION 3(1)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the National Forestry

Act 1984 [Act 313], the Minister appoints the persons named in column (1) of the

Schedule to hold the posts as specified in column (2) for the Federal Territory of Kuala

Lumpur with effect from the dates specified in column (3) and the period they serve after such date with the Forestry Department for the Federal Territory of Kuala

Lumpur.
