- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan Pengarah Syarikat JIM Project & Expo Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. daripada pemakaian perenggan 5(1)(a) dan (b) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di “General Equipment Exhibition 2011 (GPEC 2011)” bagi tempoh dua minggu mulai dari 20 Jun 2011 hingga 3 Julai 2011. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of JIM Project & Expo Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the “General Equipment Exhibition 2011 (GPEC 2011)” for a period of two weeks from 20 June 2011 to 3 July 2011.
