- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11E Akta Pendaftaran Ahli Farmasi 1951 [Akta 371], Menteri selepas berunding dengan Lembaga, mengecualikan orang yang berikut daripada kehendak di bawah seksyen 11D:
(b)
mana-mana orang yang mempunyai satu sijil yang dikeluarkan oleh
Lembaga Kepakaran Farmaseutikal, Amerika Syarikat.

NOTIFICATION OF EXEMPTION UNDER SECTION 11E

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 11E of the Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951 [Act 371], the Minister after consulting the Board, exempts the following persons from the requirement of section 11D:
(b)
any person who holds a certificate issued by the Board of
Pharmaceutical Specialties, United States of America.
