  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(2) Akta Mahkamah Kehakiman 1964 [Akta 91], Hakim Besar Mahkamah Tinggi di Malaya menetapkan bahawa meterai yang hendaklah digunakan di Mahkamah Tinggi di Malaya boleh dalam bentuk cap getah, cap timbul atau cap yang dihasilkan secara elektronik sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Mac 2011. Pembatalan 2. Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 226/2001 pada 26 Julai 2001 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Mac 2011.

COURTS OF JUDICATURE ACT 1964

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(2) of the Courts of Judicature

Act 1964 [Act 91], the Chief Judge of the High Court in Malaya prescribes that the seal to be used in the High Court in Malaya may be in the form of rubber stamp, embossed stamp or electronically-generated stamp as specified in the Schedule with effect from 1 March 2011.

Revocation 2.

The Notification published in P.U. (B) 226/2001 on 26 July 2001 is revoked with effect from 1 March 2011.
