- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2A(2) Akta Pemberi Pinjam Wang 1951 [Akta 400], Menteri mengecualikan Yayasan Usahawan Wanita Cina Malaysia daripada semua peruntukan Akta bagi tempoh sepuluh tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 6 Julai 2011.
