Bridge that is navigable by sea going vessels and all jetties, piers, landing places, wharves, quays, docks and similar works whether within or without the high-water mark and any portion of shore or bank within 50 metres of the high-water mark, subject to any rights of the existing private property therein.”.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 6 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister declares Tanjung Agas in the State of Pahang as a port within the meaning of the Ordinance. Defining of port limits
Seksyen 2
The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Pahang, by inserting after item 52 the following item:
“52A. Tanjung Agas
The area enclosed by the following imaginary lines:
